Cancellation Policy

Service calls must be canceled 24 hours in advance in writing by email sent to: sales@officetechnologyexperts.com. Returns are accepted up until 30 days after purchase, excepting the case of non-inventory special order, in which case, all sales are final.

All returns must be shipped to our office and arrive no later than 30 days after the purchase date. A RMA number must be obtained from our office and affixed to the outside of the box, before shipping to us.
